Further rules
A more detailed description of the Game and its various elements is contained in the Rules and Conditions. You need to accept these Rules and Conditions to play the Game - now would be a good time to become familiar with them. You can also contact the General Enquiries support service on our website.
All the information you provide in registration and throughout the game must be accurate and honest, otherwise you risk being disqualified.
When registering, choose a password that you can easily remember and let us know the country you are currently living in, so that when we allocate teams there is a good geographical mix.
DHL will try and stick to the timeline, however, we may need to shorten, modify or cancel the Game as circumstances dictate. If this occurs, we will let you know on our website.
If you make it to the Main Level, we will need to give your team members your name, email address and country of residence so that your team can communicate and organize itself. For winners of the Main and Final Levels, DHL may publish your name, country of residence and other details.
DHL has discretion to determine the winners of each level, the teams for the Main Level, the eligibility of participants and whether a participant is disqualified.
Any disputes arising from the Game will be exclusively settled by DHL and participants hereby relinquish and waive any legal right or interest arising in connection with the Game.
