First Level
In the First Level you will be in charge of Logistics 2020, a domestic Express provider in the fictional country Cinkara. You are charged with the following mission:
"To become the leader in domestic express services, expand your range of services, establish an international footprint and gear Logistics 2020 towards sustainable success while maintaining high customer and employee satisfaction."
The First Level is divided into 7 rounds, each representing a period of six months. In each round you will have to make operational and strategic decisions regarding Logistics 2020's business and growth. You will have to make decisions including international expansion, marketing campaigns, recruitment and employee and customer satisfaction.
You will need approximately 3 or 4 hours to complete the entire First Level and may save your progress at any point during the Game. You are welcome to play the First Level as many times as you like, but be warned, only your score form the most recently completed Game is stored and used to determine who proceeds to the Main Level.

The start of the next competition will be announced on this website. Employees of DHL or their families can't play the Game and if you're under the age of consent in your country your parents need to consent to you playing the Game.
