"Real life" at group headquarters - the final level

For the Final Level, Deutsche Post World Net will invite the top ten teams to the group headquarters in Bonn in January 2009. In the Post Tower, team members will meet in person for the first time and compete with the other teams.

In this level, the teams have to develop their company into a sustainable market leader through focus on quality of service, customer orientation, and innovation. The objective is to establish a corporate culture of quality and service that underscores the claim "From the biggest to the best". Teams will work on business cases and present their strategies to a top-class jury with representatives from business, science, and the media.
