The Worldwide Challenge continues
DHL Fast Forward
Discover the world of logistics and prove your management skills with DHL Fast Forward - the first worldwide logistics business simulation. Take a seat in the Chairperson's office of a logistics company and aim for becoming world market leader!
DHL Fast Forward plays in three levels. The First Level of the 2008 competition is already completed: players were challenged to develop a small provider of express services into a national champion. In the Main Level, the First Level's top players compete in three different areas of logistics services, namely forwarding, express, and supply chain services. They are playing in teams of five players that are put together from countries all around the globe. Effective intercultural communication is definitely one of the key skills here...
In the Final Level, the most successful teams will have the opportunity to establish contact with top managers at Deutsche Post World Net - the sixth-largest private employer in the world. Moreover, the finalists can win attractive prizes with a total value of more than 50,000 Euros.
Whatever happens in DHL Fast Forward - we will keep you updated on this website.
Main Level underway!
Period 3 has begun
100 international teams have been managing their globally operating logistics for two years already.
The first two years of the Main Level have already finished. Teams have made decisions about their forwarding expansion activities, specialising in the supply chain industry and how to cater to their largest clients. The strategic issues facing companies are about to become more challenging.
The best teams from the Main Level will proceed to the Final Level: in a real-life competition taking place in Berlin and Bonn, Germany, prizes worth over 50,000 Euros are up for grabs.
Teams must continue to communicate effectively and make sure that they make the best decisions for their company in what is becoming a fiercely competitive logistics market. Only the best companies in each of the 10 markets can proceed to the Final Level.
Don't miss out when the worldwide challenge continues!
